Nicknames stick and mine is Dicka (a hangover from my football days)
My music history before the Last Souls is brief. A few gigs with Starfish, (where I started off as the photographer and somehow got demoted to singer. Thanks Rachael! x) and a few rehearsals with Paul and Jimmy a couple of years ago.
Writing and rehearsing new material has been exciting stuff, with gigging and recording an album next on the agenda.
Life is good. I live in Whitley Bay, married to Clare and have great friends and family. Other interests include walking and camping. My pet hates include racism, homophobia, injustice, dirty towels and celery ... but, funny, I love its cousin, rhubarb!
